We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. If you wish to downgrade your plan, here’s how:
- Log in and access the My Account tab.
- Navigate to the subscription section to view your current plan details.
- Click the “change plan” button.
- Choose the plan you wish to downgrade to and click the “complete plan change” button.
